Pay: Starting rate of $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and skill level

About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Organizer to join our team. In this role, you’ll support our lead organizers in creating beautifully organized spaces for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and has a passion for organization and design.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with organizing and decluttering projects in homes and offices

• Sort, categorize, and label items with attention to detail

• Implement organization systems and maintain aesthetic appeal

• Pack and unpack items during moves, 

ensuring efficient placement

• Maintain professionalism and discretion in clients’ homes

• Support the lead organizer with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work efficiently and follow instructions

• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

• Physical ability to lift and move boxes or furniture as needed

• Previous experience in organizing, interior design, or customer service is a plus, but not required

• A passion for creating beautiful, functional spaces

Compensation:

• Starting pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
