Booking Policy

Effective Date: January 1st 2025

At Haus of Order, we are dedicated to providing a seamless and personalized experience from the moment you book with us. To ensure the highest level of service, please review our booking guidelines below.

How to Book

• Appointments can be scheduled through our booking page, by email at appointments@hausoforder.com, or by calling 612-494-3160.

• A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is secured.

• New clients are required to either complete a consultation or a 

brief form to help us understand your needs and customize your experience.

Deposit Requirement

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.

• The remaining balance is due upon service completion.

For multi-day projects, there will be a 50% deposit at the time of booking, 25% collected at end of the first session, and the remaining 25% will be collected upon project completion.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session by providing notice at least:

7 days in advance for full organizing sessions and consultations.

Rescheduling within this time frame will result in a rescheduling fee.
