Cancellation Policy

At Haus of Order, we understand that schedules can change. Our goal is to provide flexible and fair options for our clients while respecting the time and effort our team dedicates to each session. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Session Cancellations

• 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

• Less Than 48 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost with the deposit applied to this amount.

• Same-Day Cancellations: Canceling on the same day of your scheduled session will result in a fee equal to 50% of the remaining service balance, in addition to the non-refundable deposit.

For example: If your service is $1,000 with a $500 deposit, canceling on the same day will require you to pay 50% of the remaining $500 balance ($250). In total, you would be responsible for $750 ($500 deposit + $250 cancellation fee).

This policy ensures fair compensation for reserved time and preparation.

No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session or notify Haus of Order will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.

Consultation Cancellations

• 48 Hour Notice: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund of the amount paid or have the option to reschedule and apply it to the new appointment.

• Less than 48 Hours: Client will be responsible for a $50 fee, which will be taken out of the amount paid for consultation prior to the remaining being refunded.

• Same Day Cancellations/No Shows: Same day cancellations or no shows will result in being charged 100% of the service fee. 

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling a service or consultation within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee equal to 25% of the total service cost.

Refunds

• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future service if canceled within the allowed timeframe.

• Package Deals: For multi-session packages, any used sessions are non-refundable. Unused sessions may be refunded if canceled 48 hours in advance, minus any applicable fees.

• Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly at  appointments@hausoforder.com if you need to cancel due to unexpected circumstances. We will do our best to accommodate you.
