Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: January 1st 2025

At Haus of Order, we understand that schedules can change. Our goal is to provide flexible and fair options for our clients while respecting the time and effort our team dedicates to each session. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Session Cancellations

Please Note: Prepaid packages are always non refundable but the services that are booked using prepaid package hours follow the same cancellation policy as all other services 

• Deposits are always non-refundable 

• Cancellations must be made atleast 72 hours before the scheduled session to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made atleast 72 hours before the scheduled session avoid cancellation fees and have the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session will result in a fee equal to 75% of the total service cost. (50% non-refundable deposit plus an additional fee equal to 25% of the service total.)

• Same-Day Cancellations: Canceling on the same day of your scheduled session will result in a fee equal to 100% of the total service.

For example: If your service is $1,000 with a $500 deposit, canceling on the same day will require you to pay 50% of the remaining $500 balance ($250). In total, you would be responsible for $750 ($500 deposit + $250 cancellation fee).

This policy ensures fair compensation for reserved time and preparation.

• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session or notify Haus of Order will result in a 100% charge of the service fee.

Consultation Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund of the amount paid or have the option to reschedule and apply it to the new appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the consultation will result in consultation fee forfeiture.

• Same Day Cancellations/No Shows: Same day cancellations or no shows will result in being charged 100% of the consultation fee. 

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment once without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling a service or consultation within 48 hours of the appointment may incur a fee equal to 25% of the total service cost.

Refunds

• Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future service if cancelled within the allowed timeframe.

• Gift Cards: Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us directly at  appointments@hausoforder.com if you need to cancel due to unexpected circumstances. We will do our best to accommodate you.
