1. Services
Haus of Order provides luxury cleaning and organizing services with a focus on sustainability and eco-friendly practices. Services include, but are not limited to:
• Organizing consultations
• Custom organizing projects
• Cleaning services using eco-friendly products
2. Scheduling and Payments
• Consultations: A non-refundable fee is required to secure your in-person consultation appointment. Rescheduling fees may apply as outlined in our Rescheduling Policy.
• Organizing Services: A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
• Payment Methods: We accept [insert payment methods, e.g., credit cards, bank transfers, etc.].
• Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid additional charges.
3. Rescheduling Policy
• Rescheduling a consultation requires notice of atleast 48 hours. A fee of $25 may apply for late rescheduling.
• Rescheduling for organizing services requirea notice of atleast 72 hours to avoid additional fees. Rescheduling within 48-72 hours of the scheduled service may result in a $50 fee. Same day rescheduling (within 24 hours of the scheduled service) may result in a fee equal to 50% of the deposit cost.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the best results, clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and complete information about the space and project goals.
• Ensuring access to the property and relevant areas during scheduled appointments.
• Removing any items deemed hazardous or inappropriate before the start of services.
5. Our Commitment
Haus of Order is committed to delivering exceptional service. We use eco-friendly products and sustainable methods wherever possible. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes due to factors beyond our control (e.g., product availability, material conditions, etc.).
6. Refund Policy
• Consultation fees are non-refundable.
• Deposits for organizing services are refundable only if cancellation is made atleast 72 hours before the scheduled service.
• Refunds for completed services are not provided unless there is a clear breach of contract or unsatisfactory work, as determined by our team.
7. Liability
• Haus of Order is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items unless caused by negligence on our part.
• Clients are advised to remove high-value or fragile items from the service area prior to appointments.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and designs, is the property of Haus of Order and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
